Convenient Pop Up Trade Show Displays

Our Graphics team can help you with any part of your graphics development needs. We will be happy to provide any services you need from adding your logo to creating your entire display from concept through production.Or, simply provide us with finished art files in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and we will send you a file, containing your art layout as it will appear when applied to Pop up, or Banner Stand display. Once you approve, you can request a color proof. It takes less than 5 days and the charge is only $89.00 plus shipping method you choose and your schedule allows. Different concepts require different design fees so please call for a quote.

If you have graphics files that are designed and prepared, you may deliver them to ExtremeTSD.com via FTP or on disk. Files that are submitted incorrectly will have additional fees applied to them.

To upload files via FTP:

1. EMAIL us to let your ExtremeTSD.com salesperson know to expect files.

2. Your sales person will provide you with a log-in and a password. Provide them with a working e-mail address in order to receive automatic confirmation of your file upload.

3. Click here , enter your log-in and browse to the appropriate files. Hit the send button and you're done. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you provided.

We accept .gif, .jpg, .jpeg,.psd, .tiff, photoshop, coraldraw 9, files. Mac users: Please binhex encode your Stuffed files (HQX) to help avoid corrupting the data during upload. (Binhexing is easily performed by Stuffit.)

File Preparation Tips

File preparation for display graphics.
In order to ensure smooth and timely production of your project, here are some guidelines for preparing files for output. We recommend these guidelines be followed whenever possible. Deviation can lead to increased cost and/or decreased quality. If there are ever any questions, please do not hesitate to call.

Resolution

Bleed allowances
Please provide printable bleed to the document size of your layout. (Bleed that extends off the document edge is irrelevant because all the information on the pasteboard is lost when the file is printed.) If the longest dimension is under 50 then provide 1/4 of bleed around the entire file. If the longest dimension is over 50 then provide 1/2 bleed on all sides of the document.

How to get colors to match
Critical colors and vector elements should be specified using the Pantone palettes available within the layout or drawing application. Utilizing PMS values will help us to match colors more accurately.

Proportionate Sizes
Please build all documents to the same size that you need the final print. If the final print needs to be larger than the document size, then please build the document in a size proportionate to the final print. For example; a 40 x 60 graphic set up at 50% scale would create a 20 x 30 document. At 10% scale it would create a 4 x 6 document.

Software programs that we support:
Adobe Photoshop (Version CS and earlier)
Adobe Illustrator (Version CS and earlier)

Special instructions:
Photoshop files should be flattened.
Illustrator files should have all fonts outlined.
Compress files with a compression utility before uploading.
(For example: Stuffit on Mac, WinZip etc., on PC)

Transfer
Please use ZIp or Stuffit utilities for compression. Do not use LZW TIFF in Photoshop.
Be sure CD-ROMs are ISO 9660.
